Gjennom nettkurset vil du få innsikt i den eldgamle kunnskap, som er overført gjennom generasjoner. Du får tilgang på sjamanens metoder og verktøy.
Du lærer å utføre enkle ritualer – både for deg selv og for andre
Gjennom fire moduler og over 130 undervisningsvideoer guider Astrid Ingebjørg deg inn i den levende visdommen fra Sápmi som hun er bærer av. Hun underviser i noaide-tradisjonen med røtter i den nordsamiske kulturtradisjonen, som er mange tusen år gammel åndelig praksis.
Noaidier som levde for flere tusen år siden arbeidet med helbredelse, ritualer og seremonier. De har satt dype spor som vi kan følge.
På nettkurset lærer du enkle og kraftfulle helbredelsesmetoder som du kan bruke på deg selv – som støtte og kraft i hverdagen
I min kultur har det alltid vært en sterk og nær forbindelse til jorden, til landskap, kraftdyrene, mytologien og de usynlige kreftene. I samisk kultur har vi stor kjærlighet til natur, menneske og dyr. Naturen er mangfoldig, og det lærer naturen også menneske. Astrid lærer bort samisk naturforståelse og sirkelperspektivet, i sirkelperspektivet ligger det en aksept for fortiden og ansporing til å leve bevist i nåtiden. Du får tilgang på virkningsfulle verktøy via trommereiser, meditasjoner, elementer og mytologi, og slik kan du lege deg selv på individnivå. På nettkurset lærer du hvordan mennesket henger sammen med kropp, sjel, liv og ånd ut fra et samisk perspektiv. Dette er viktige brikker i helingsprosessen, som styrker hele mennesket og samspillet med omgivelsene.
Du vil tilegne deg kunnskap hvordan du bygger relasjon til ditt indre og ytre landskap. Formødre og forfedre er viktige veiledere fra den andre siden. Du blir vist hvordan du styrker kontakten til dine usynlige hjelpere, som kraftdyr og åndelige hjelpere (noaidegázzit). Du blir veiledet hvordan du aktivt kan jobbe med deg selv gjennom kraftfulle meditasjoner, trommereiser, ritualer og fordypning i mysterietradisjonen – en indre og ytre reise som åpner for selvutfoldelse og varig indre fred
På nettkurset får du verktøy til deg selv. Hvordan du helbreder og styrker deg selv med tradisjonelle sjamanistiske metoder. Den samiske trommen er noaidiens viktigste redskap. På kurset lærer du hvordan du tar i bruk trommen. Du blir veiledet om symbolspråk og hvordan tolke symboler.
I hver modul får du praktiske øvelser til hjemmearbeid. Fordypelse i åndelig arbeid skjer gjennom praktisering og egne erfaringer. Du velger selv hvordan du legger opp studiet, i ditt eget tempo. Du kan utforske en mengde videoer som du fritt kan lytte til når det passer deg.

Welcome to a unique exploration of the Sámi noaidi's world, where you gain access to the shaman's tools.
Through the online course you will gain insight into ancient knowledge that has been passed down through generations. You gain access to the shaman's tools and methods. You learn how you can do simple rituals — for yourself and others.
Through four modules and across 130 tutorial videos, Astrid Ingebjørg guides you into the living wisdom of Sápmi that she carries. She teaches the noaidi tradition with roots in Northern Sami cultural traditions that, for thousands of years, have existed as a spiritual practice.
Noaidis who lived thousands of years ago worked with healing, rituals, and ceremonies. They have left deep tracks that we can follow.
At the online course you learn simple, powerful healing methods that you can use on yourself — as a source of support and strength in your every-day life.
In my culture there has always been a strong and close connection to the Earth, to the landscape, power animals, mythology, and the invisible powers. In Sámi culture we have a great love of nature, humans, and animals. Nature is multifaceted, and it teaches humans this. Astrid teaches a Sámi understanding of nature and a circular perspective. Part of the circular perspective is accepting the past and learning to live consciously in the present. You gain access to effective tools through drum journeys, meditations, elements, and mythology, and in this way you can heal yourself on an individual level. At the online course you learn how the person is connected to body, soul, life, and spirit from a Sámi perspective. These are important building blocks in the healing process that strengthen the entire person and the play with the environment.
You will gain knowledge of how you build relations with your inner and outer landscape. Foremothers and forefathers are important guides from the other side. You will be shown how to strengthen your contact with the invisible helpers, such as power animals and spiritual helpers (noaidegázzit). You will be guided through how you can actively improve yourself through powerful meditations, drum journeys, rituals, and contemplations of the tradition of mysteries — an inner and outer journey that opens up for self-development and lasting inner peace.
At the online course you gain the tools to help yourself. How to heal and strengthen yourself with traditional Sámi methods. The Sámi drum is the noaidi's most important tool. At the course you learn how to use the drum. You will be guided in matters of symbolic language and how to interpret symbols.
In each module you will get access to practical exercises you can do at home. Contemplation of spiritual work happens through practise and your own experiences. You yourself choose how you want to study and your own pace. You can explore a wide selection of videos that you can freely listen to when is most convenient to you.
